F1 Summer Term
Hello Form 1 Girls,
I hope you are all ready for a very busy summer term!
- In English you will be learning about fiction and non-fiction books and you will write a non-fiction page of a book about animals. We’ll also be thinking about questions and statements. There’ll be some fantastic poetry too for you to write and, of course, we always work very hard on spelling and handwriting.
- In Maths you’ll be doing lots of practical activities like weighing and measuring, money and capacity. Keep those numbers to 100 polished up too!
- In Science there’ll be lots of growing so let’s hope the sun shines on those little seeds.
- Then there’s Geography and Circle Time, RE and PE. There’ll also be Sports Day (HOORAY!) and special tennis lessons, class photographs and a trip. We’ll have to nip out to gaze at the bluebells when the woods are blooming.
